"Fantastic support throughout the process"
Fantastic support throughout the process. It takes a couple of hours to set up because of the dash that needs to be taken off. I'm a complete beginner, and this is the very first stereo I've ever put in, so trust me, anyone can handle it. And man, the stereo is incredible! I even got IPTV running on it and used my phone as a hotspot—couldn't be more thrilled!

"Installed a 7" In-Dash Unit in My 2012 Audi"
A couple of months back, I picked up a 7" in-dash unit for my 2012 Audi A4 Avant and got it installed about a month ago. It was definitely a snug fit, as I was warned during the purchase due to all the wires needing to sit behind the unit. I chose this model mainly for its looks; I didn’t want a tablet-style screen jutting out of the dash. After performing a factory reset, the unit works like a charm. I also hooked up the rear camera, and it’s functioning perfectly. I ran into a couple of issues: first, the wire for the camera was too short. I managed to install it, but it broke when I closed the tailgate. Had to grab an extension from Amazon and rewire it. Second, the USB connection doesn’t provide enough power. When I use CarPlay with Waze, it barely keeps my phone charged. All in all, it was quite a bit of work—took me around 6-7 hours to get everything done. But hey, it works really well! The screen quality is impressive, and the wireless CarPlay connects smoothly with my iPhone. Plus, the camera’s guiding lines move with the steering, which was a nice surprise. Overall, I’m pretty satisfied. If I could, I’d rate it a 4.5.

"Three weeks in with my new android screen..."
It's been three weeks since I put in the android screen in my BMW E87 (2008). I’ve got no issues at all; it runs super smoothly. It’s compatible with the BMW CCC system and lets me keep using all the features I had before.

The customer service? Absolutely top-notch! I needed to code my BMW to get the flip screen working, and the Sigman crew was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the whole thing.

If you’re thinking about adding an android product to your ride, I’d definitely suggest chatting with the Sigman team.

"Fiat Panda Review"
I recently put in an Android-compatible head unit along with a backup camera for my 2014 Fiat Panda, and let me tell ya, it works like a charm—super easy to set up. I went with the version that had Android Auto already installed, and it fired up perfectly right from the start. I'm really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely suggest this company; their customer service is top-notch too.

"Top-notch Support and Quality Car Stereos"
I recently bought an Android car stereo from Sigma Car Stereo. We had it installed by a pro, but the harness was a tad too big, and when we shoved all the cables in, the audio cable got pinched and broke behind the unit. At that point, we were still scratching our heads about why there was no sound, but everything else was working fine. Kahn from Sigma dedicated hours over several days to help us out on Skype, and eventually, we figured out the issue, leading to a happy resolution.

I just wanna give a big shoutout to Kahn from Sigma Car Stereo for his incredible patience and support.

I highly recommend their car stereo systems; the support they offer is truly unmatched. Plus, the quality of their stereos is just fantastic and fits any vehicle. Thanks a lot, Kahn!

"Awesome CarPlay Device - Stellar Support"
Fantastic gadget! Functions like a charm. Getting it to operate completely was somewhat challenging since the guidelines weren’t spot on, but the Sigma crew’s support was TOP-NOTCH. They collaborated with me to sort out the issues. A lot of companies could take notes from these folks on how to handle customer concerns. Kudos!

"Definitely a thumbs up"
Shipping was super quick. Support was fantastic. Product is amazing.

I bought an Apple CarPlay unit for my Prius. It arrived fast. I managed to install it on my own and got excellent assistance for the minor problems I encountered. Everything is functioning perfectly now, and it's a significant improvement over the original unit. I'd totally suggest it.

"Wow, I’m shocked at how fast it arrived!"
I’m really surprised at how fast it got here! Did it really come from China? Can’t believe it!!!!! Just a couple of questions though: 1. I hope the IGO Primo is already set up. The paper instructions don’t say anything about it. If it’s not, could you send a Micro card with it? I was told you’d take care of that. 2. There aren’t any instructions on how to set up the unit. Any help with that?

Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the item and the support I received. I found out that chatting on WhatsApp is way quicker than using email. I really hope y'all can improve the documentation, particularly regarding the definitions and pinouts for head unit plugs, including Canbus; that would speed up my setup a lot. Aside from that, everything's functioning well now, so big thanks to the Sigma Car Stereo Team.

"FANTASTIC BUSINESS"
Awesome items, got a custom unit for my Porsche. Had a few hiccups during installation, but Khan is fantastic—he responds fast and shares links to videos and stuff to help fix things. The sound quality is amazing, plus it has way more features than the original unit.

"Support Experience"
I ordered a stereo for my mini. I didn’t realize where to click to add CarPlay, so I ended up having to buy the adapter to connect it. You’re stuck with their pricey adapter since it’s the only one compatible with this stereo. I tried to find a workaround but had no luck and didn’t get any help from the company. I received the adapter but there was no app or link provided. I sent several emails asking for the app and got a link that led nowhere. Now, I’m getting no replies and still don’t have the app, and I’ve spent a lot of cash on something that’s useless to me, along with a stereo that doesn’t work as I hoped. I was thinking about getting another stereo, but after this hassle, I’m not ordering anything else.

Even though they didn’t have a head unit for my S5, I had placed an order and paid for it along with a dash cam. They went the extra mile to verify my order and realized it wasn’t a good fit.
